Mollie King – who has been paired with AJ Pritchard on Strictly Come Dancing and even sparked romance rumours – has opened up about how she got her toned body.
The Saturdays singer even revealed shes not comfortable showing off her body and would never show her stomach off on stage.
Mollie, 30, also hired two personal trainers to get her prepared for the competitive BBC One show.
And although she prefers boxing and the gym, David Gandys ex girlfriend has been upping her cardio.

Im very self-conscious in a bikini and I would never get my tummy out on stage, Mollie told New! magazine, after revealing her fans would be surprised to know shes not comfortable showing off her body.
She added to the publication: Ive been trying to do a bit more cardio to get used to the dancing.
It kind of gave me a kick up the backside to get to the gym.
But what does Mollie King do in the gym?.
The Strictly Come Dancing star is very active when shes not dancing or training for the BBC One show.

She keeps it up on holiday – Just because shes taking some time out on a gorgeous island surrounded by sea and palm trees doesnt mean Mollie will call time on her exercise regime.

So much so that she often mixes up her dog walks and fits in some circuit training with Alfie close by.
The singer isnt afraid to throw some punches – Mollie is pretty major when it comes to boxing and kick boxing.
