So hey guys, welcome back! Today is the first time I'm doing an interview with someonespecial and our guest is Jules! He is.
How old are you? Arh 51 51? And tell us a bit, what do you do to keep yourself fit? Ah, first of all I'm here 3times a week.
3 times a week Then I drink as much beer as possible.
Dark when it´s cold, light when it´s hot.
So that's the recipe basically.
Okay and how? You've been doing this your whole life? No no, not at all.
Well I did a lot ofworkouts/fitness/strength training when I was young, but that´s like 25 years ago; then I had a break 20 years break where I did practically nothing.
Except you know sit by the computer and then I started on and off, a littlebit 3 maybe 5 years ago, doing something but not at all anything regularly.
Then I started here, about, what is it? 4 months ago?Approximately.
3 times a week.
I found a schedule that fits myworkday.
I commute a lot, so I had to fit it in that and 3 times a week! Okay cool, and what was the reason, what made you like start, okay now I want to go onthis 3 times-a-week regimen? Ahh.
because I rediscovered how much joy it gives me! Okay really, I mean this is a place of joyThere´s nothing to disappoint, there is just yourself and the bar.
It´s just a wonderful place and nice folks as well.
Yeah, back to you! An how is it like, what made you like stop? You told me once.
We had this.
work, family, kids.
you know whenevery day.
what should I call it? Whenlife sneaks up on you and you find yourself with a lovely girlfriend, now wife, 3 kids and a job that demands the most of you, then there´s simply not enough time, unless you plan carefully, but at some point in my life some point in my life I thought well I got to do something yeah and then slowly I started up with wrestling again.
I´ve been doing like Roman wrestling, but not really that much and it didn't fit my schedule with commuting,so I went to CrossFit.
With the 3 times a week, you find you are progressing? Absolutely, absolutely.
I would like to do more, but that´s all time is permitting you know.
Maybe it will come in the future.
And okay, so now, like at the end of this, do you have any tip for.
how old are you again? 51 for other 50-year-olds, or maybe.
it doesn't even matter what age, but just people who likehave been training before and they want to get back.
What´s your tip.
What´s the number 1 tip you can give for them to like.
what should they do to get back? Make it fit your schedule.
Time and the thing that you do it at least 3 times a week isthe most important thing.
Find time! Yeah.
Just 3 times a week.
and then just stick to it.
And stick to it.
Some weeks more, some weeks less of course, but approximately 3 times week.
then you can at least maintainyour fitness level and you can progress a little bit.
If you find more time, the kids move away from home, then you can do more.
But 3 times aweek fits me! It may fit not other people but 3 times a week fits me.
And also before this interview started, then he got a phone call from his wifethat he had to come home soon and everything.
but anyways, it seemslike they're very good at planning and really giving each other time at doingwhat they gotta do, so that each gets their me-time.
She's very good at planning my time.
[laughs] OK, but it seems like it works well bycommunicating well with your partner.
Yes and my older son he´s doing wrestling training the same days as I am, so it fits that we train the same time so it's not like half the family is away 1 day the other the other day.
Wedo it the same days.
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday for me so.
or for us.
So find a schedule! Okay, so find schedule and.
just do it just the stick to it.
Alright guys see you, see you next time.
